社会工作 Practicum

Congratulations, you are ready to start your practicum experience! CMU's Bachelor of 社会工作 Program has developed unique partnerships and collaborations with multiple agencies in the Grand Valley. The practicum will provide opportunities in an array of agencies, 包括公共, 非营利性的, 多学科, inpatient and outpatient services, 人类服务, 生命的终结, 上瘾, 执法, senior care facilities, 学校, 社区诊所, 医疗, and mental health for you to develop and apply your social work skills. The variety of practicum sites ensure that you have exposure to ample social work career paths and practice opportunities.

Students are expected to complete 450 hours (approximately 15 hours a week for both fall and springs semesters) of training during your senior year practicums. The Bachelor of 社会工作 practicum is a binding contract through both semesters. Students cannot start or complete their hours early.
